On this occasion I want to try to take part in this contest. and I will try to explain what is asked for in the contest. Before I continued, I invited three friends, namely @fajrulakmal99 @humaidi @patjewell

1. Perform all CPR steps on a mannequin (your productivity) and explain each step in detail. Teach CPR to only 3 people (can be family, friends, relatives or colleagues and attach a photo of you teaching it) (Edited - if you don't have a mannequin, use a sturdy pillow or a stack of towels)

CPC (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a series of emergency actions carried out to help victims of cardiac arrest until medical help arrives. The following are CPR steps that can be performed on a mannequin or a substitute object such as a sturdy pillow or a stack of towels.

  1. Ensure Security... Before starting, make sure the surrounding area is safe for you and the victim. Check for any imminent danger, such as fire or electricity.

  2. Check Response... Try calling the victim and shaking his body to check if he is responsive. If the victim does not move or respond, seek immediate medical attention.

  3. Position the Victim... Place the victim in a supine position on a hard surface, such as the floor. If using a mannequin or pillow, make sure it is stable and level.

  4. Open the respiratory tract... The victim's head is pressed slightly back by lifting the chin and pressing on the forehead. This is to open the respiratory tract. Look and listen for signs of breathing.

  5. Start chest compressions... Place your hands in the middle of the victim's chest, just below the nipple line. Press hard and fast with a depth of about 5 cm and a speed of 100-129 times per minute. If using a mannequin or pillow, make sure there is enough pressure to provide effective compression.

  6. Giving artificial respiration... After 30 chest compressions, open the victim's airway and give two rescue breaths. Make sure the victim's chest is lifted when breathing.

  7. Continue CPS... Repeat the cycle of chest compressions and rescue breaths until medical help arrives or the victim shows signs of life.

2. How to perform CPR on pregnant lady, obese people and weak elder people, write modifiable procedures for each in detail.

Performing CPR on pregnant women, obese people and frail elderly people requires certain adjustments to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the procedure. Below is a modified method for each.

  1. CPR in pregnant women... In pregnant women, especially if the gestational age is more than 20 weeks, it is important to move the uterus away from the inferior vena cava so as not to obstruct blood flow back to the heart. The mother's body position should be tilted to the left around 30 degrees so that the uterus does not press on the main blood vessels. If necessary, help by placing a pillow under the left side of the body or gently tilting the mother. Perform CPR with standard techniques, but make sure chest pressure is given firmly and deeply and compressions are done more quickly.

  2. CPR on obese people... In obese individuals, larger bodies may require stronger chest compressions. Make sure your hands remain perpendicular to the patient's chest, and apply deeper pressure. You may need to use more force or adjust position to ensure effective compression. If this is difficult, you can try the knee-on-chest position or use assistive devices such as a CPR board if available.

  3. CPR on the elderly and infirm... In elderly people, especially those who are vulnerable or weak, use a lighter compression pressure but still within the effective limit of around 5 cm. Avoid pressing too hard to prevent injury to the ribs or internal organs. If possible, perform CPR using one hand to reduce physical stress on the rescuer.

3. Write explanations for all the mistakes people make during CPR, as we have highlighted in class topics.

In carrying out CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), several common mistakes often occur which can affect the effectiveness of help. One of the biggest mistakes is giving chest compressions that are not deep enough or not with the right pressure. Shallow or inconsistent chest compressions can reduce blood flow to vital organs, especially the brain, which can worsen the victim's condition. In addition, errors in compression frequency also often occur. Chest compressions should be performed at a rate of 100-120 times per minute. If it is too fast or too slow, the results may be ineffective. Many people also tend to stop to give artificial respiration or chest compressions, even though the time not filled with compressions can result in the loss of the victim's chance of survival.

Another mistake is the incorrect hand position when giving compression. Incorrect hand position can reduce thrust or even cause injury to the victim's sternum. In addition, some people may be hesitant or confused about starting CPR, causing a delay in providing help. The last common mistake is not seeking medical help immediately or delaying an emergency call. This reduces the victim's chances of getting necessary follow-up care.

4. Plan a simple campaign to raise awareness about CPR in your community. Write down the main objective of your campaign, who you want to reach (your target audience), and the key messages you want to share. Think about how you can spread the word (such as using social media or holding community events). Your plan should be clear and include a basic timeline showing when you will carry out each part of the campaign. (You only need to draw up a work plan and not implement it practically.)

The main goal is to raise awareness about the importance of CPR skills and provide basic information about how to perform it correctly. Target audience. Community residents aged 18-45 years, especially those who have not been trained in CPR.

Main message. 1. CPR can save lives. 2. Everyone can learn CPR. 3. CPR training is easily accessible. Deployment strategy. 1. Social media creates a campaign with the hashtag #saveherlives, shares CPR tutorial videos and posts important facts. 2. Community events. Hold free training sessions at community centers. 3. Information brochure. Distribute brochures on how to perform CPR in public places.
