Just love that feeling after hard training and cold shower (although I'm a bit pussy lately when it comes to showering in cold water). Don't know why but people tend to forget how good and energetic they feel after doing some exercise. Keep it up 💪💪

I haven't had a cold shower in a long time... not sure I'm brave enough to do it in the British winter! Might start having them when it warms up... and I grow a pair!
