I agree that a home gym can be good but honestly, most of the people I know that have stationary bikes or treadmills in their homes rarely, if ever, use them. I think making a habit of going to the gym is more beneficial because just being there encourages fitness because that is what the environment is for.

That is a pretty impressive setup you have there though and I wish I had the space / money to replicate it. I'd love to bang out a quick set while watching a slow-burn Netflix series that I otherwise would just ignore.
