60 Second Fitness: How to torch fat in half the time

Thanks for reading another 60 Second Fitness post... If this is the first one you have read go and read my other 60 Second Fitness post ;)
Losing weight does not have to be spending an hour on a treadmill.. Or jogging on the streets in the rain for miles.
You can lose weight in the comfort of your own home or in a gym twice as fast by using high intensity interval training in your workouts..
By using HIIT (high intensity interval training) you can burn calories twice as fast. Below is an example workout.
On treadmill:
1 minute jogging
20 second sprint
1minute jogging
20 second spring
Do this another 8 times.. You will get a sweat on.
After this torch the extra calories by adding 3 sets of 10 push ups followed by 3 sets of 10 burpees straight after. This will increase the amount of muscles used in the workout and keep your body burning extra calories for up to 24hrs after your workout.
Give the above a try it should only take 30 minutes we all have that much time spare right?
