ALL ABOUT STERIODS. Very interesting information

  • Can it be harmful if you use steroids?

In general, They say that someone who uses steroids will naturally have a well-built, muscular body, but that is not the case. The user must continue to train hard, even during the use of steroids. But let us first discuss what steroids really are and to disprove the myth, once and for all.

  • Who are the people who use steroids?

It is a general assumption that the use of steroids will automatically give you a nice body and lots of muscles, but this is not true. The user must also continue to train, while using steroids.

There are people who think that the use of steroids is the only way to build a muscular body, but this is wrong. Many people who work hard achieve an excellent physique in a natural way.

In the United States, the largest users of steroids are male bodybuilders and athletes, but also female athletes and teen athletes do it.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the best known steroid users. Schwarzenegger obtained the title of Mr. Universe and Mr. Olympia. The steroids he used were then not illegal and the health risks were not yet known.

Sergio Olivia is another such famous user of steroids he bought sustanon. Olivia was also a bodybuilder and fought against Schwarzenegger. Now they both no longer use steroids. They have understood that health is more important than rapid muscle growth.

  • What are Steriods

Steroids are described as "man-made derivatives of testosterone, the male hormone. Steroids synthesize proteins and help promote muscle growth ". There are types of steroids that include steroids and growth hormones.

The definition of anabolic steroids is "All medicines or harmful substances, chemically and pharmacologically related to testosterone (with the exception of estrogens, progestogens and corticosteroids) that promote muscle growth and all drugs or hormonal substances that, in the same way, endogenous production of steroids stimulate in the human body ".

Some anabolic steroids are used orally and others via intramuscular injection. The half-life (half-life) of orally ingested steroids is several hours, but that of injected steroids is several days. Oral steroids usually come in the form of a pill. It takes three to four weeks before these water-soluble pills disappear from the body.

Injections on oil base leave the body only after six to eight months. Once the steroids have been injected, the steroid molecule attaches to receptors in the cell membrane. Now the steroid molecule can provide an increase in protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, metabolic changes and an increase in both size and strength of skeletal muscle cells.

This leads to larger and stronger muscles. Some popular steroids include Nelvar, Deca-Durabolin, Anavar, Winstrol, Stanozolol, Dianabol and Anadrol-50. The price of steroids ranges from 100 to 500 dollars per dose. There are steroid users who, per day, buy more than one dose of dianabol.

  • History of the Steriods

For years, steroids have been used for medical treatment. They were developed in the 1930s to prevent atrophy and muscle breakdown in patients with debilitating debilitating diseases and were also given to patients with severe burns. During World War II the first non-medical use of steroids took place.

Nazi doctors tried to make their soldiers more aggressive by giving them steroids. Then the Soviet Union decided to give steroids to its athletes. When the US came behind the secret of the Russians in the early fifties, they also gave steroids to their athletes.

The side effects of steroids were not documented until the 1960s. In 1986, the U.S. the Anti-Drug Abuse Act approved. This year was called the "Year of the Steroids" because so many Olympic athletes were caught using steroids.

At that time, steroids were estimated to be used by between one and three million Americans.

  • Health risks

The use of steroids implies many serious side effects and health risks. The early symptoms of steroid abuse are severe cystic acne, significant and sudden increases in body weight, headache, dizziness, severe leg and abdominal cramps and premature hair loss.

The use of steroids affects the entire body. Health risks for the cardiovascular system include cholesterol modifications, heart disease, anaphylactic shock, high blood pressure, septic shock and even death.

The reproductive system risks include genital atrophy, genital swelling, sexual dysfunction, prostate enlargement, infertility, impotence, fetal damage, and irregular menstruation. Liver and kidneys are continuously attacked by steroids.

The effects on the liver include cancer, jaundice, tumors and Peliosis hepatis (peliosis of the liver). Kidney damage includes kidney stones, kidney failure and poorly functioning kidneys. The use of steroids also affects your skin.

Acne, oily skin, skin rash, purple or red spots on the body, hives, increased body hair, baldness and increased facial hair in women.

Furthermore, you also have side effects such as bone pain due to edema (accumulation of fluid), nausea, chills, diarrhea, insomnia, a heavier voice and changes in stool and pee habits.

Steroids can also have a psychological effect on users who can become depressed, aggressive and very hostile. Because they are sometimes too aggressive, some athletes have to use sedatives when they do not act to control their hostile impulses.

  • Conclusion

As far as steroids are concerned, health risks outweigh the few benefits. Steroids cause physical and psychological damage. The use of this is even more dangerous for teenagers because their bodies are not yet fully grown. Teens who use steroids can also expect that they will not grow older than 30 to 40 years.

Although steroids seem to be the best and easiest way to improve your body, their effect is only temporary. As soon as the side effects show up, the user will have difficulties with his training or perhaps no longer be able to perform the training. And everything that the user has worked for will have been for nothing and irrevocably wasted.

Because steroids are addictive, the body of the user, as soon as he stops taking, will crave steroids and need them to function as before. The body will need time to work as it used to. Training in a natural way is therefore healthier and more economical. And with a good diet and regular exercise it is possible to achieve comparable results.
