Challenge Completed - 269 reps

100 pushups (10x10 in 12 minutes using pushup bars)

pullups: 12, 9, 8 -> 29 reps
chinups: 12, 9, 8 -> 29 reps
tandem grip pullups: 10, 8, 9, 7 -> 34 reps
wide grip chinnups: 7, 6, 6 -> 19 reps
neutral grip pullups: 8, 7, 7 -> 22 reps

shoulder press - 22.5 lbs
10 front raises (warmup)
11, 8, 7 -> 10 + 26 = 36 reps

Any weights on those pull reps or only using your body weight? I miss my pull-up days. My back was so strong then.

No they were all just bodyweight reps. From all the pullups, I have made more progress in making my lats and forearms bigger and stronger as opposed to my upper back.

When it's warmer, a mandatory pull-up video at Muscle Beach has been requested...

I do plan on filming once I start getting closer to my pullup and pushup goals for the year.
