How to mix up your workouts...

I like to think of my fitness routine as a weekly overview or goal. Before each workout I reflect on previous workouts, assess how my body feels and determine how much energy/motivation I have for the workout I’m about to begin.
Particularly since COVID-19, my training routine has been super diverse and flexible and I feel like I’m back in a good headspace this week with my fitness journey.
If you’re in a place where you feel uninspired or bored with your workouts, I’m going to list some of my faves below 👇🏼
☀️Oval fitness (sprint the short length then jog/walk the longer length)
☀️Home pilates
☀️Home sliders workout (use two face towel and burn your entire body!! I usually use slider exercises for my legs and abs)
☀️10min ab blaster
☀️My eBook workouts
☀️2.5km run then 20min body weight workout
☀️Outdoor staid sprints/step ups
☀️Partner boxing
☀️booty burner (using your sofa or bed as a gym bench. I’ll be posting this workout soon)
