Quick and Easy Back Day! [College]
~ I encourage any healthy gym-goer to try this lift out! Healthy is of course a subjective term... just please be safe and use your best judgement!
~ This is another snippet of programming for the same newly graduated collegiate athletes program. This is an example of a back only day. Again this is not usually what my athletes programs will look like, but this was part of a specific request from a friend.
~ The "Inj" stands for injury prevention. These are moves focused on smaller or supportive auxiliary muscles/muscle groups. This is something you would see in proper athletic programming and is very important for keeping an athlete healthy and progressing. The meat of this workout is pretty short, the warm up and "Inj" sections are just as, if not more important.
