DAY #008/200 OF MY 200 DAY BODY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE

10 Minutes Skipping
7 Minutes Squats
8 Min Stretch from head to toe

After going through the warm up my body was ready for the main exercises

Main Session

3 Exercises 4 minutes each for 3 rounds 1 minute rest in between
1 round consists of all exercises before moving to the next round

*4 Minutes Quad Press
1 Minute rest

*4 Minute dumbell complex
1 minute rest

*4 Minutes leg through
1 minute rest

Repeat for 3 rounds

One round consist of all exercises before moving onto the next round

After finishing all 3 rounds it was then time to warm down

WarmDown
*Seal Position
*Twisted Lunge
*Downward facing dog
*Upward facing dog

Great day great session , Body feeling good, Mind feeling refreshed and ready for another day

My goal as I said is to inspire fellow Steemians on the Steem platform to live a healthy lifestyle and to become physically fit for the benefit of yourself and your future , i personally want to be fit for the sake of my Sins future he is my biggest motivator in all of this . hes energetic and sporty therefore I need to keep up as I get older .
