hai jonmaim how do you do? What did they serve as an accompaniment to those dosas? did they serve chutney? The one in the cup looks so like that. Didn't they serve Sambar, a popular South Indian dish? it will taste so good with idly, dosa and vada. if they didn't, please just ask for it. That combination will be simply Mouth-blowing!!!
Thank you for the comment. They didn't give sambar, actually this food truck only give coconut chutney and mint chutney.

Okay fine. Or else you try idly/vada/dosa with Sambar in big restaurants. It is a great combination and you will then understand why i stress this out to you....Have a nice day ahead!
