I learned and I laughed at the same time. You are a great teacher Sweetie, because you are also entertaining. I also know, why in some of our supermarkets thy selling such a big packages of Chillies. Often I just want few for my recipe and they have only 1/2 kg packages of them, lol. I guess people from Asia who live here in Canada making this type of sauce. So now I know! However, I like chili sauce too, it is actually chili paste and I buy it already made, but I usually need only 2 tbs when I making something. Although, I should try this recipe as well. It's definitely my kind of taste. Oh and I will be sneezing like crazy for sure, lol 🌶️😂🌶️
😂😂😂 thank you @lenasveganliving 😉 I have another recipe for chilli paste.. you don't need that much of oil. Just steam the chillies and tomato.. the big onion that you use in many of your recipes (not the red one😉)and garlic before you blend it. But you need to keep it frozen and it tastes really spicy. My chilli sauce could make it for a week in room temperature but could be a month in the fridge. We have so many types of this chilli sauce.. some homemade production also available at the supermarket, though I always love to re-cook what I learnt from my mom😊
