Organic reach is very different here as most people tent to only resteem sparingly. I haven't been here long enough to figure it out, but I think getting a good regular following is important.
Yeah getting a following is important, the problem I find with resteems is if I like the person I follow them to see what they write, then if they go and resteem posts that are not related to why I followed them in the first place my feed gets filled with crap I'm not interested in, and I don't like looking at my feed.
