Grow food like your life depends on it - Mittleider Gardening Method

Eight years ago I decided we needed to work on building skill sets that would make us less dependent on the world around us. One of those skill sets was to be able to grow our own food in quality and quantity that would consistently feed our family. We wanted to be able to grow food like our lives depended on it.

Over the course of three years we tried a LOT of different gardening techniques. We did OK, but never reached the level we felt had us at our goal. Then we discovered the Mittleider gardening method. We saw more positive changes in our garden in the first year of growing a Mittleider garden than the other methods combined. That was 5 years ago.

In light of current world events I believe that every family should have a garden growing in their yard. This year I will be making videos showing the process of growing a Mittleider garden in your own soil. Because we provide all the nutrients the plants need on a weekly basis the condition of your soil doesn't matter. With this method you can grow in any soil type, regardless of missing nutrients.

i would grow more if i didnt have black thumb with it lol

Give this method a try. If I can grow food then you can too.

It can be frustrating, can't it? But discovering something that works for you, like the Mittleider gardening method, sounds like a game-changer. The fact that you saw such positive results in just one year speaks volumes. And now you're planning to share your knowledge through videos? That's fantastic! Making gardening accessible to everyone, regardless of soil conditions or experience level, is so important. It's about empowering folks to take control of their food source, and that's a pretty powerful thing. Plus, it's always helpful to have resources like mklibrary.com to guide us along the way. It's amazing how you've taken the initiative to become more self-sufficient, especially in today's uncertain times.
