Outdated Info - Please Ignore
Please note that these are probably not the best practices to really secure your coins. But they are what many people use in balance of convenience and security.
1. Agoras token (AGRS)
(EDIT: Please note the information here is already obsolete as the AGRS on Whitebit is based on ERC-20 now, not OMNI)
This one is straightforward, make an account on https://whitebit.com/, deposit some Bitcoin, and trade it here: https://whitebit.com/trade/AGRS_BTC. You can then send the AGRS out of the exchange into a wallet like https://www.omniwallet.org/. Please note your wallet ID is not the same as the BTC/AGRS address. Once you create a wallet on https://www.omniwallet.org/ and login, find the BTC/AGRS address here:-
You should try login in a few times just to make sure you have the details right before sending your funds over to the wallet. Perhaps try in small amounts first especially if you're new. Don't lose your password.
Tau-Chain / Agoras is still under heavy R&D, so there's not much hype / community around it at the moment. More info: https://www.idni.org/
2. Wise token (WISE)
This one is a little bit tricky as it involves Uniswap, a decentralized exchange. Firstly, you need a desktop browser like Chrome or Brave. Make a sweep first with your antivirus or whatever security software just in case. Then install the Metamask extension here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/metamask/nkbihfbeogaeaoehlefnkodbefgpgknn?hl=en
Open the extension, follow the steps for creating or importing your wallet. Save the keys/passwords properly. Once you have that done, you'd immediately have your first wallet (you can create many wallets within your Metamask account). Send ether over to the wallet. You can find the address that starts with 0x.... here:-
Or you can click on the three dots beside it and click on Account Details. Again, try to send in small amounts first if you're new and not very confident.
Once the ethers are deposited into your wallet, head on over to: https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap?inputCurrency=ETH&outputCurrency=0x66a0f676479cee1d7373f3dc2e2952778bff5bd6
You should be able to see this screen.
Connect your Metamask wallet when prompted (or click on top right corner).
Then enter the amount of Eth you want to trade it with. Make sure it's an acceptable price. Then swap. The Metamask extension will ask for your confirmation. Check the transaction fees because it can be very high on Ethereum nowadays. If you accept, it'll swap for Wise and Wise will be deposited into your Metamask wallet. To view it the Wise token in your Metamask wallet, click on Assets, then Add Custom Token with the following token address: 0x66a0f676479cee1d7373f3dc2e2952778bff5bd6
Make sure to have a some buffer of ether in the wallet so you can transact or stake with it. If you want to stake your Wise token, head on to my referral link to get 10% extra staking bonus: https://wisetoken.net/?w=0x9aD19E1ef23CfE77E2e593f9Ca331f583B22ee0e (you'd need to connect your Metamask wallet on that website as well). You may want to consider at least 366 days of staking, because longer is better.
Wise is an already completed project, and attention on it is growing as we speak.
All the best, and good luck!
