Everything I've learned in one paragraph
Happiness is that moment in time when it all falls away.
... When past, future, fear and desire seem to disappear at once, giving way only to the present, where time stands still and seconds last forever. Those seconds can be anywhere, from a crowded train to a mountain top. Because happiness is not the product of a place or an achievement. Quite the contrary, happiness is the very realization that neither truly matter. It is the understanding there is nothing you could achieve, no place you could go and no status you could acquire that will grant it to you. Happiness is not a destination. No matter how much you may, will it to be so. You cannot simply get there neither through travel, status or accomplishment. Happiness is the understanding your destiny is without movement, that your living journey isn’t actually going anywhere, and all that is, is the World as it stands before you right now. Happiness is getting lost in a wall of words. Or being present and forgetting all at once.
