The best exercise for the legs and glutes
It is very important to train our lower train as well as the upper train, to achieve a balance and body symmetry, besides that in this are some of the largest muscles of the body of which we use every day.
SQUATS
It is recognized as the king of leg exercises, since it is one of the most complete exercises that exists.
There are many types of squats, here you can learn the most basic and common:
Regular squats
In general, the correct way to perform squats is, with the opening of the legs equal to the width of the shoulders, straight back, pulling out the chest, the knees never exceed the tip of the feet and the face always facing the front.
VARIATIONS
Close squats
Change the opening of the legs and now they are together.
Sumo squats
Change the opening of the legs and now they are more open.
Jumping squats
Same execution as in the regular squats, but when it comes to climbing is giving a small jump. Remember to cushion well the fall, to avoid injuring the knees.
Squats with weight
Same execution as in regular squats, but now we use an external weight. Remember to work with a weight that you control and increase progressively to avoid injuries.
