Thanks for this informative post! I take fish oil and calcium on a regular basis, and the occasional whey when I need some extra protein intake. :)

I'll definitely try researching more on other supplements to use for a better lifestyle!

Protein shakes are super helpful when you don't have any snacks to hold you off for like an hour :P

Yes, I agree! Makes you feel full after finishing the whole thing. But I'll say that after drinking it everyday, I sort of hate whey for a while!
