a little warining for all people who want to loose weight fast
hi everyone,
dont believe in these magazines,where you get the promise to loose 10 punds in 2 weeks!
its all fake and i can explain everything... im a personal trainer with 16 years of expierience in sports and fitness btw.
if you believe them and try their "magic" weight loose diet out,you will realize it by yourself,but you dont need,because im here to help all of you and not to eary tons of money for fake programs i sell.
if you try these shit out you loose only water!! i can gain and loose 7 pounds in a weekend but that has nothing to do with loosing fat. and loosing fat is the goal...stay fit and follow me for more tips,tricks and help. i answer questions too!

hi! on one side i think, its a good thing and a good pause for the body from all the unhealthy food and the body can loose all the "poison" which our industrial food is contaminated. drink enough water,my friend and dont take it too long! the body will need vitamins,minerals and good fat for the maintenance of your brain,hair,skin etc. when the body cant get this from food,he will take it from your body and then it starts to be bad. tip:after fasting,please dont eat much as you where eating early. you need to make it step by step with kcal,carbs etc . if not,you come to the jojo-effect pretty fast.
