In today's life everyone wants to lives a healthy lifestyle. Most of them try their best to live a healthy lifestyle but some are unable to do this.
Today I will share with you some Tips to live a healthy lifestyle.
Tip no.1
Stop eating fast foods. Fast food is the main reason behind the bad health of a person. So, please stop eating all these fast foods like burger, chawomin, etc.
Tip no.2
Decrease intake of sugar in your life.
Sugar is also responsible for bad health.
If I talk about sugar then specially stay away from artificial swetteners like coldrink, sweets etc.
Tip no.3
Drink lots of water. Water is very useful for our body. It helps to hydrated our body.

Don't eat oily foods to much.
Tip no.5
Eat green vegetables and eat more fruits.
Tip no.6
Exercise daily, helps our body to fit and fine.
