My Favorite Side Salad

Adding a simple side salad to your lunch or dinner can help the body detox and boost your immune system. My favorite combination consists of card greens as the base.

Swiss chard is a nutritional powerhouse! An excellent source of vitamins K, A, and C, and great sources of magnesium, iron, potassium, and dietary fiber.

2 cups swiss chard chopped

1/4 cup hazelnuts chopped

1 tbsp zesty ranch dressing by Tessemaes

2 tbsp kite hill almond ricotta

To make:

Toss swish chard in zesty ranch dressing.

Sprinkle with hazelnuts & kite hill foods almond ricotta.
