Well this one that i drink most days instead of coffee so if you would like to add a little kick in the mornings try this,you can make this with either lemon or some raw honey i myself use the honey it is said to help to stimulate your digestive system and also good for your heart and speeds up our metabolism to so may help to lose some weight,and in the cayenne pepper is a compound called capsaicin, now this in studies has shown to help to reduce inflammation which we all know does play a key role in many health issues too,plus can help with blood pressure and circulation and is very good for your heart,and can help with like sore throat,and can help with moods and is very good to boost your energy also,ok lets make a cup first we need a 1\4 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper into a cup of hot water then squeeze in the juice from a fresh lemon about half of the lemon or if you like honey instead of the lemon just add about 1teaspoon of raw honey and then just enjoy.
