Well here is one that everybody knows of Chamomile Tea is great to take to go to sleep and there was a study done from University of Pennsylvania that it let to a drop in anxiety symptoms.and calms your nerves and chamomile helps to promote sleep too then we have good old chocolate which has very high amount of antioxidants and is very good for your heart and helps to put you in a good mood and there is evidence to back it up that chocolate makes.you feel better mainly Dark chocolate.
