Does Eating 6 Whole Eggs a Day, for 3 Months, Hurt Cholesterol?

The results after a blood test are found below!

Here are some of the packages the eggs came in:

I've eaten more eggs in 2018 than I have in my entire life before that added together...

Nearly everyone (except @beograd), thought my cholesterol would be super unhealthy and that in eating all these eggs I was asking for trouble.

The results:

ALL within super healthy ranges, and my triglycerides were so low it was impossible to measure my LDL Cholesterol (the kind that fertilizes the future for a heart attack).

Now, obviously everyone is different, and these anecdotal results don't give anyone the green light on gorfing down as many eggs as they can fit in their face; but it's interesting to see that my levels are as healthy as they are given the volume of eggs eaten.

So there it is!

Up next:

We'll get those DNA tests cracked open and see how they match up to find out which one is the best!

Thanks for reading!

I wouldn’t try six eggs in a day... lol

If I eat five in a week, I would be worried that I have added weight.lol

@chiama: One egg weighs about 60 grams. 100 grams of hard boiled eggs gives you about 155 calories...That's nearly 2 eggs. If you'd do 6 small eggs, that would be 465 calories...trust me, you wouldn't be hungry all day either. What you would have to leave is anything made with wheat, brown or white...it's all not good.

Wow, thank you for this information

Jesus christ. I would just hang around places where small children congregate all day and watch them cry while I crop dust them with my neverending egg farts.

That's a great idea!
(Plus now you'll have a legitimate reason for hanging around the playground, when the nice police officer asks you wtf you're doing there, and why you keep coincidentally high-fiving yourself every time a small child passes out behind you).

Yeah, that egg/high cholesterol thing was something they came up with and just wasn't true. Just like they wanted everyone on margarine instead of butter. And look what we got: a whole generation of sick people with low immune systems. I was listening to this nutrition specialist on the radio the other day and when the broadcaster asked him what people should eat that was healthier than the crap they eat now, he answered: eat like our forefathers...butter, eggs, seasonal vegetables...
