Easy meditation to get rid of anxiety and recover vital energy as a result:

Sitting or standing in a quiet place try to empty your mind while concentrating on your breath for several minutes.

Imagine yourself standing back to a strong flow of water. Feel how the water washes over your body.

Observe the stream that carries away all the fears, hard feelings and pain.

Until the running water becomes absolutely clear.

Stay there for a while and then go back to the present slowly.
