We know what's healthy and what's not healthy! Wake up! We should do our best to avoid process sugar, salt, oil! Eat plant-based whole food and no animal products.

Today in Vancouver Canada was a nice sunny day and warm. I took the opportunity to go on my friend's sailing boat. I have gone on boats before but this is the first time, I see got on a "sailing" boat and see it in action. It's pretty cool as it can use both the wind and motor power. It's energy efficient and really awesome to get into the ocean.

Do you know that exposing to sunshine is the best way to eat our vitamin D. There was a massive health study done by the Swedish with 39,973 people and over 20 years. They found out those who expose to the sunshine the most live longest. The sunshine workshiper out live the sunshine avoider by 2.1 years. They also found out smoking people shortern their life by 2.1 year. From the study, one can conlcude that smoking is as bad as avoiding sunshine.

Here is the chart that shows the mortality rate. However, it wasn't clear, if the sunshine group live longer because they also got more exercise. To get the sunshine, you got to move and be doing some kind of exercise outside.

Ideally, there should be a study for giving the indoor group vitamin D supplement, and see if that could lower there mortality rate. There should also be another study of indoor group but given them the exercise in the gym.

Correlation may not be causation. It's also very likely that the sunshine worship group tend to eat healthier in comparison with the sunshine avoider.

Another perspective is Sweden is a country with very little sunshine. So the factor of sunshine become important where country like Singapore sunshine could reverse the result since everyone already getting too much sunshine.
