The word Brilliant minds quickly connect us with the legends peoples across the areas and the one in which we have an interest. The area in which we are working or having interest to work is always have one legend person which we consider ideal for us and from who we get inspired and their jouney keep motivate us in our current journey whether it is personal or professional.

We all have gone through at least one legend and understand their story like how they work, what challeges, difficulties they faced and what setuation they gone through and found a solution. such stories always motivate us to survive and find a resolution where we stuck.

The environment, setuation, life of those legends people was different and today where we live is different. Hence, in this blog I will discuss about how I deal with the problems and my creativity which helping me success in my life.

How do I handle myself when making decisions? Am I able to solve problems?

In my decision-making process I first get a clear view and understand wht is issue is and what need to resolve. To ensure that my decision resolve the initial issue but should not cause for another new issue for which I will be accountable. I start to collect all possible information on the issue and detailed path of the resolution and possible chances.

I am working in a IT field and in my current role I have keep my team up to date and also have to ensure that our product is delivering the what is promised, so sometime I have to work with the Product Manager when there is an issue in the software or need enhancement. I often get such request wherein I have to find problem and take decisions on it.

Whenever I get a task, I collect all information about the issue, try to reproduce the issue and see how it is impacting to the production. I always try to get 360-degree view on each problem and their solution, I try to think as much as I can until I am satisfying that the solution I am implementing will not create another issue.

Once I get successful in my research, I implement the solution in our test environment and keep it under observation for a day or week. After under observation period ends and no further issues found my solution get implements into the product which is available to our client across the world. I can say confidently that yes, I can able to solve the problem.

Intelligent people know how to align their abilities with their possibilities, do I think that is the secret to success from my perspective?

From my perspective yes, every individual has their own abilities with their possibilities. The one who understand self, able to know what are the strengths they have, they can find an area where these things is needed and accordingly implements it so that automatically the one get success in that specific area.

The person should find an area where his abilities is needed, this strategy allow him for better use his strengths which look more effecting and get a very impactful output among others.

In my current work, I always monitor how the process is going, I do this because I know my abilities that when I find an issue I can able to work on it and find a resolution which we can implement before our client gets impacted. This quality always keeps me highlighted in my organization, now more that 90% people from my organization from all over the branches around the word know me and what I can do.

However, knowing abilities with their possibilities, there are other factors also play important role like your presence, consistency, networking (how you get connect with others), behavior and most important is hard work. To find an opportunity or to use my strengths, sometime I work beyond my office time and even sometime on weekends. I do this, because I like to do and do not want to miss opportunity where I can show myself.

Believe me that working out of the box is for limited period, do whatever you can do, think differently than others, try to go beyond your abilities and it will definitely secret to success and once you become a successful, you no need to do a hard work more and you will become decision maker.

Creativity is often associated with the artistic but it goes beyond that, how creative I am? Do I find it difficult to conceive ideas?

Creativity is only about the artist. Creativity is always including the way of our innovative thinking, the procedure that you follow for problem solving methods, the way you command your mind to generate the new ideas.

To explain how creative I am, so in my work, I always focus on the process, I always think about innovative ideas that help my team and company business. In my career, I came up with some good ideas that lift my team overall performance and get highlighted in the company. This also help for my team member to achieve their goals.

Whenever I stuck at any issue, I try to find all possible solutions and then filter them to get one that is most effective. While working on all possible solutions, I also find the one alternate way which can be execute when it is necessary. I always keep documented everything that I find so that the collected information may not really help in the current issue but it may require in future if I come up with relevant issues.

Sometime I am under pressure and feel difficulties to conceive idea. Such time I try to understand the person who is in front of me and try to find a way which can be easy to conceive idea, then when I get space to talk, I try to explore the idea as much as I can. This ability give me to provide 360 degree view to my idea and creativity.

Am I able to work and have people around who are smarter than me? What advantages are there in that?

When you are in specific section and having people from the same section around you who are smarter than you will always give you benefits. The advantages from this that it allows you to have an open discussion with those people on any idea you have and their suggestions, negative and positive thought always helps you to achieve high quality work at the earliest and in simple term.

I always get involved in the people around me who are smarter than me and have similar expertise. At some point this can become competitive, but having good relationship, maintain transparency, friendly nature are given lot of advantages to me like below.

Learning: People around me help me exploring new ideas. By working with them and observing allow me to learn lot their problem-solving ability and decision-making qualities

Collaboration: Collaborating with people around me where I can utilize their strengths sharing knowledge, get a help from the expertise. This can help me to save time and deal issues effectively instead waste time in other stuff.

Inspire: People around me who smarter than me help me to expand my knowledge and improve my skill level. The things that they achieved in a life is inspire me to have clear vision and how to set and achieve upper level goals.

How easily do I adapt to new changes in any aspect or area of ​​my life? Does it usually overwhelm me or the opposite?

In my professional environment, I guess the relevant changes I adapt well. As an instance I would like to share my experience when our company software was completely changed a year ago. To ensure our process remain smooth, I took initiative and start attending training, update session via meetings, sometime it was out of my office time and even in week off but I gave my 100% efforts to understand the new changes.

In order to manage the new changes, I start creating my own documentation in which I maintain step by steps information with taking some screen capture where needed. These things, helps me to educate and assist my team members and make sure the process remain smooth and not effect real time production. I normally find such works which give me opportunity to get highlighted in my career growth.

At initial level, we face difficulties with the new changes as the things are doing right than what earlier was. But I keep positive attitude towards the new changes and start providing suggestions on the new implementation modify that can achieve the things that we wanted to deliver.

I look new changes as an opportunity and career growth, working on a new changer my mind does not get stuck and keep thinking innovative and generate new ideas.
