One of the forms of doubt is Imposter syndrome when people start doubting their skills and talent.
It makes a person lose many chances and restrict them to excel.
For instance: women, who doubt if their clothes are good or if their make-up is perfect or not, kill the charm.
I once was like these women, fortunately, not anymore.
Only a wise person knows when to doubt and when to not(only a small %age).
Oh, I've read about the different forms of Impostor Syndrome. May I ask if you had any help to overcome it? Or have you "grown up"...?

I had had help in the form of a good self help book, or a good piece of content on YT, but above all life teaches you like no one else can.
