Not everyone has the ability to do this. You must have read a lot of books to be skilled in this. I find it hard prioritizing when it comes to my time and has really made things disorganized.

I've been like this as far as I can remember. My mom always said I was a pain when I was a child, as I always wanted things to be "organized."
My biggest learning curve was running my own businesses. If you cannot prioritize, you are going to fall behind. Often, it is the downfall of smaller businesses.
