Well, you had me at "Kintsugi...."

First, though, I am glad you are home in familiar surroundings! Sending light and love and good vibes... with intent that your test results will be as benign as possible! I have another friend who went in hospital about a week ago because he just collapsed one day... he's coming home today, learning a "new life" after undiagnosed and untreated diabetes had gone untouched for 20 years.

Kintsugi is such a beautiful metaphor, though... I won't comment at length, but to say that your words resonate; we take on untold damage that is mostly invisible to the world, and often we have been taught to "not bother people" with our painful histories, because "nobody wants to be around a downer." But there is much healing simply in the telling of these stories; and it is through this sharing that we fill our cracks with gold.

Our traumas are not trophies, they are simply pieces of the mosaic that makes us who we are.

Love and light, Jaynie!

Wow that is insane! Crazy really.

You know... this is so TRUE!!!! And as for the "sharing" part... I was JUST this very second, saying to @jerrytsuseer that I am one of those "carry all your burdens by yourself" kinds of individuals... EXCEPT through my writing - in which I am overly expressive... it is the only way that I feel truly SAFE enough to express... and yes, it is incredibly healing!

Thank you so much for all the love and positive vibes @denmarkguy - soaking it all up :)
