RE: SLC22-W3 / Derechos Humanos (DDHH)

There are 2 kind of human rights violation which are not describe clearly according to the Indonesian Laws (UU No.39/1999 dan UU No.26/2000) but.. forget it, it's too specific and related to other law which was cancelled. But after all, Indonesia is one of the country which ratified many human rights covenant especially the civil and political rights. There are a few cases which still unsolved in Aceh, but most people probably had forgotten. Remember Belated Munir? He's one of the Human Rights warrior who speaks loudly about human rights violation in Aceh.

Too bad, the special commission which was established in Aceh, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission still struggling to do their job to complete the tasks. It's hard because the perpetrators were state apparatus and many of them already died.

Of course, the memory of the Munir case is still embedded in our memories, as are the human rights violations in Aceh, which we cannot just forget. However, to this day the two cases seem to have no resolution.

Munir case in government view has completed because the perpetrator has been put in sentence and released and die. But there's still a mystery behind the case. Also, Wijhi Tukul, Mesuji, Jambo Kupok... I think there's so many issues existing. Human trafficking, household violence, sexual harassment, persecution such as happened to Rohingya's refugee... But you know, this country is hiding behind the people's wrath😓

Ahh forget it, Bro.. I've been hiding and leaving the human rights advocacy movement for years.. ranting about won't change anything. It's good that someone voicing this issue here
