What was the career path your parents wanted for you…. Cos if was in their shoes, I would have wanted you to be a “doctor”..
You did something that made me laugh.. by going to the youth welfare and trying to disown your parents!!! I’ve never heard of such thing before instead is always the other way around in Africa and you will see the kids crying…
I also find it funny today - knowing how such institutions worked back then and the role my father played in all of this. Besides... of course there are worse dramas. There are children who go hungry, don't have a roof over their heads, don't see the inside of a school. In that respect, I was doing very well...
