I really appreciate your long and encouraging comments, you're right on every point you made and they're clearly understandable. When it comes to losing weight, improving our mental health, strengthening our bones, salvaging from incurable disease and etc, exercise play a crucial roles in executing this negative effect on us if not entirely but extend our lifespan.

I'm happy you have all this knowledge about exercise, how crucial it is to our body, i hope to see you in the staying fit.
