Yes. The worst possible reaction is to seek revenge. Just awful. Confronting directly is the best. Not in an argumentative mood but simply trying to find out what the problem is and let them come clean. Very nice. Envy and competition are usually the driving force. We see this in the political arena. Stay safe.
