RE: Booming Upvotes - Hypocrisy?

in STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE7 days ago

I am surprised you say you are glad I have the courage to speak about this but thanks though I don't think much courage is needed to say what's on your mind. Only if you say it in the open answers may come or not (in this case if it comes to most communities but to those who actively read the comments like me (I suggest you do so as well and step out of the comfortzone) find the answers and see there are people having a close look at thesevotes.
Will the right person take the fall? Perhaps but most likely not if we read certain threads and the responses of the communities concerned.

The average plagiarist is harder punished than thieves of the SC keys who blackmail Steemit or communities who abused the booming votes more than once and have a history of scam/fraud.
They all keep theit Booming Votes or receive them back and if you follow those people you seethey don't only receive booming support but also sc01 + 02 support which I find strange.

SCs change so do 01 and 02? Is it ine hand washes the other? Did those people change overnight? I find it very hard to believe. People don't change they might act different but as long as the answer isn't given I know it's lie upon lie. There's plenty of proof but even then the deeds are denied.

This phenomenon seems to be something whicha certain type of person has in common and interesting is they get away with it.

**I assume the 8 booming votes are all given by the same community? **
How about calling that person with 8 booming votes by name and ask the buring question: Why did you deserve tje votes? Would you read your text and pay for it?

I gladly do that for you and am curious about tjose great writer and text since I rarely read something good on Steemit and I read a lot, aweful lot for about 12+ hours per day no matter if I am an SC or not.

I am moderator in several communities and only 1 gives booming votes which is @steembetterlife. I notice most moderators rarely show up not even moderate the entries of their own contest. So the job is done by the same 2-3 people and as far as I can see votes are divided and I don't receive an average of 2 votes per week (not even if I post twice per week).
If I receive other booming votes it's from the community Italy where Itry to post more frequently because they make me feel more home plus I like a part of their contests (good for my brain). Most times I post in my own communities or freewriters. Communities where no fightsvamong mods, adms exist. Small but fine enough for me and no fake mod reports from mods who never read me and lack the skills to recognize something good and creative.

If you read my comments or those from my other account @wakeupkitty you can see where the road leads if it comes to Booming votes, who, when, again, but no why... (reason)

In my opinion, there are 3 scenarios that arise around the administration of Booming: 1) The administrators are aware of the votes given to the users to avoid falling into unequal support, 2) The administrators are not interested How many votes have the users to whom they intend to give the vote accumulated, ignoring the program guidelines. and 3) Administrators are aware of abuses in the distribution of Booming votes towards one or more users or communities.

  • Unfortunately, administrators have been discovered abusing the Booming program for their own interests, and this affects the entire ecosystem.

I rarely read something good on Steemit and I read a lot, aweful lot for about 12+ hours per day no matter if I am an SC or not.

I can say that each one has a point of view on each topic and/or each situation, therefore, we should not get carried away by the criteria of others, if you do not like a poem, a drawing or a story, it does not mean I shouldn't like it either.

19 posts and 8x a winner? I am so curious about that name. This must be the best writer of all unless no one else joined.
22 communities with booming votes and joining 19 out of 22 with a nearly 50% chance to win...

Considering the options you gave (and the fact there is even a word for it) it is known.

There is another similar case, which I reported at the time.

@wakeupkitty

Thank you. This name is no surprise. I asked about him today why the vote was given.

I understand what you're saying. The person who got all 8 booming votes didn't get them from one community. She got them from different communities. And there are communities and admins who follow the rules exactly. It seems like a few people are breaking the rules. I also got booming votes as prizes from two communities this week. I'm saying this needs to change.

It is possible that the booming vote is denied. I heard about that this year several times and winners complain the vote never arrived. I have no idea what the reason was. Perhaps their names were never on the list and it was all for show they were mentioned as winners or can be it can be denied. If that is the case this also means that someone is able to see all the nominees and this info could be filled out in a sheet (some google classroom doc or something all 22 communities have access to. Sounds to me if this is used it's easy to see who will receive an upvote. Also the reason can be filled out.

So you received 8 booming votes suddenly as well. That's interesting or should I say "such a coincidence". Pity we can't see who read us.

This is a very successful method. If this method can be implemented, one person will not receive more than 2 booming votes per week. Also, every user will have a chance to receive booming votes. If only the same users receive high votes in this way, we will never see new faces on this platform. It is also impossible to stop new users from leaving as soon as they come.

I think there are a few more changes that need to be made here if we want to see new users on this platform. Otherwise, we will only see the same faces we see every day in the future.

How about calling that person with 8 booming votes by name and ask the buring question: Why did you deserve tje votes? Would you read your text and pay for it?

@nishadi89 - Name the community and I'll do the rest.

Hello sir,
All 8 votes were not received from the same community. Also, it is clearly mentioned here about the communities and admins who receive the most votes from the same community.

Ok. I won't look into it then.

Greetings friend, perhaps the answer lies in the fact that the author has shared 19 posts, among 9 communities, 8 of them linked to the management of Booming votes (what could be called "a booming hunter", I think some moderators should Make an effort to review how many votes they have received before applying.

Greetings,@the-gorilla and other friends.
I have collected data of some accounts in these four or five days. They are going against the rules of Steemit and are doing reward farming and spamming. I will make a report on them soon and present it to you. I had reported to you before but I do not have Steemit RC credit yet, due to which I cannot post. I will post soon. I will definitely take action on your account.
