Eating healthy food is good for the health, as you are getting up at 6 am and eating before 7 am, that is great and good for you. Moreover, fasting between 7 pm to 7 am is good for your body and the stomach is empty and your diet will be balanced, it will also help your stomach not to be compressed every time.
