Hello guys, your favorite girl @gifxlove is back again with a fresh new interesting series on Why Are you Always Tired?. Recently, I started feeling tired and sleepy almost all the time, I thought I was pregnant 😂. Checked, wasn't pregnant, so what is making me tired and sleep almost all the time. I had to do some research, why I was tired and feeling sleepy all the time. I got some cool information, which I plan on sharing with you all. I noticed that quite a lot of us, do fall under this category. We get tired, weak, have those fever signs, but yet we are not sick and we feel like sleeping all day. If you are experiencing such signs or know someone who is, don't worry because I will share with you some reasons why you are feeling this way, and maybe you might tackle the issue once you know the cause of the problem. In this article I will be giving you guys one reason why you are always tired and feeling sleepy, enjoy!!!

Not Enough Exercise

One major reason why you are feeling tired and sleepy all day, is because you are not having enough exercise. It is quite weird that someone who is always tired, is not having enough exercise. And many people, including me ☹️, don't like to exercise when we are tired because we feel it will make us more tired. But that's not true, according to research carried out. Myself and I know many others, run away from morning exercise, which is said to be very important to good health. Why do I ran away from morning exercise? I work and I leave my house around 6:45am to beat the traffic, in order to get to work on time. Number 1, when you do expect me to do my exercise, so I should wake up earlier than my normal wake up time? Number 2, after an exercise session, I always feel tired and want to lay on my bed and have a good quality sleep. How can I do that when I have to leave for work? I don't want to be sleeping in my workplace.

Those were the excuses I was giving, or I'm still giving 😂, not until I read and research on my recent tiredness and sleepiness all day. Then, I realized just how important exercise really is, especially morning exercise. It is a total misconception that morning exercise will make you feeling wiped out and tired throughout the rest of your day. In fact, research has proven that morning exercise does help us to produce some hormones which will keep us healthy and energetic throughout the rest of the day. If you currently always tired or know someone who is, kindly start morning exercise today, as it will make you more energetic and productive throughout the rest of the day. Although, I'm recommending that you do a very high intensive exercise as that may result to cramps, injuries and body aches. I'm recommending a low intensive such as jogging short distance, doing flexibility exercises, doing stretches, and so on. You need to do exercise that fits you, just don't over do it. You will get positive results if you start morning exercise today, always being tired and feeling sleepy will become a thing in the past.

A very good advice! Another good point is that exercise can also work as stress relive. After a long nervous working day a 15-20 minutes run in a gym or a park can help you to calm down. It is some sort of meditation actually.

Exactly. Running or jogging will do the trick.

Since quarantine started I was requiered to do exercise in order to take care of my health and avoid any probability of getting sedentary. Exercising is something that I enjoy a lot, and I can make sure that it is kind of relaxing and so much better of just staying in bed all day. It’s interesting, but the more we are accustomed to exercise, the less we are going to be tired during our costumary activities.

Woah!! This is quite interesting, I hope to get to your stage sometime in the future, where I will actually enjoy exercising. I do exercise now not for the fun but for the benefits. But I know with time I will get so used to it that it will be fun to me.

Very educating and I think I'm going to give it a trial for a period and check out the outcome. I always feel lazy to exercise though I pay in return by checking why diet.
