जब मैं तीर्थ यात्रा पर जाता हूँ तो मुझे बहुत समय लगता है। कल मैं हरिद्वार गया था। मुझे वहाँ पहुँचने में 2 से 3 घंटे लग गए। लेकिन जब मैं वहाँ जाता हूँ तो देखता हूँ कि बहुत सारे लोग अपनी जाँच करवाने आए हैं। हर दिन बीमार लोगों की संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है। मेरे पेट में दर्द है। इसलिए मैं अपने पेट की दवा लेने जा रहा हूँ। जब तक मैं दवा लेता हूँ, मुझे आराम मिलता है। लेकिन रोज़मर्रा की दिनचर्या में यह और बढ़ जाता है। इसलिए, मुझे रोज़मर्रा की दिनचर्या की शुरुआत में बहुत कुछ देखने को मिलता है। इसलिए, कोई नहीं बता सकता कि कब क्या हो जाए। इसलिए, समस्या चाहे बड़ी हो या छोटी, खुद को स्वस्थ रखना ज़रूरी है। तो, चलिए शुरू करते हैं।
