I think you're a bit wrong about it. Storms are beautiful by the sea, I was present to a few sea storms near the lighthouse of Ahtopol, absolutely beauty, to tell you!
Near the lighthouse, but not inside the sea at the same time, I guess. 🤔 There is a huge difference.

As close as possible to the water, though. I wouldn't like my equipment wet :)
