I also talk a lot about my sleep as I know it's important, since just over a year ago I started getting more sleep again and I have seen some improvements. I know what you mean about being angry at the people revving their cheap motors, I had a guy across the road to me who was doing that daily at all different hours driving me bonkers, I still hate him for it even if it was a year ago for disturbing not only just my sleep but the sleep of family and the neighbours. Another thing I often get is people just being loud or screaming passing by the house. I would love to move to a quieter area that is also safer from all the crime around here.
