Back to basics: Cottage butter gets an ice rinse to remove any residual buttermilk, preventing spoilage. There's nothing more satisfying than churning butter from cream... I love the process

Yes, it really is. No matter, how many times I make it is always satisfying and therapeutic. Love making it!
