Alexei Navalny, opposition activitis and Putin critic dies in Prison
Hello dear Steemians,
Those of you who watch regular news have heard the name of Alexej Nawalny, he is a Russian opposition and critic of Putin's regime and his politic.
Alexej was born in 1976 and today by the day of his death he was only 47 years old.
I heard about Alexej in news and because of his videos where he researched what was behind many mysterious deaths of famous journalists and other politicians whose view was not in favour of Putin.

In 2020 Nawalny was with Novichok nerve agent and was treated in Berlin. Luckily he survived and recovered, still after even though he knew that returning to Russia meant a death sentence he still decided to go back and continue his political work.
Shortly after he returned he was imprisoned for 19 years and that meant almost life-long.
Recently he was re-located to the high security prison at Arctic circle where when he appeared on screen he was looking malnourished and head was shaved.
Yesterday he was seen at court and today, according authorities he felt unwell following a walk and lost consciousness the efforts of revive him were unsuccessful.
It is a big loss but also a signal for opposition of country that signals if you are against president then you will end up like Prigozhin, ex-Wagner chef or Nawalny the opposition activist just shortly before the new Russian Presidential Election that will be on 15–17 March 2024.
The only what we can wish the Family of Alexej to be strong and we hope that his work will continue to live.

This is a very sad day for all of us who hoped for a renewal of the country and changes for a better life. Actually, 11 years ago, in 2013, we had to bury these hopes in a deep grave, since then things have only gotten worse and worse every year.
The study of history - of its decent reconstruction, not just a popular skin-deep myths - shows behind a lot of events or decisions there was hidden a banal seizure of political power, by means of intrigues, lies, collusion, dirty political behind-the-curtains maneuvers. 😱 And never, never did these people voluntarily give up power back.
It’s difficult to say something here, I didn’t know him as Nmtsov and therefore the activity of this man passed me by, I regret that the man could have stayed in Europe, but chose to return and leave aimlessly judging by the activity of his followers... this is already some kind of chronic self-confidence, just remember Saakashvili, who hoped that the people would support him, but he is wasting away in prison, somehow everything goes according to the same, sad and stupid pattern.
There are many documentary programs about Nawalny, maybe because he had been treated in Berlin it was more highlights here. I think for his family it is hard to loose his so young, especially it was possible to foresee what will happen and despite of that he returned knowing what is expecting him. I think people can not do much only if they have a lot of money like Trump, it seems to be how it is in this life.
48 years is not 'young'.
Hitler's NSDAP party also could not do anything serious (received 3% of the votes in the Reichstag elections, compared to 25% of the votes of the German Communist Party) - until they made a successful presentation of their program to the bosses of German capitalism, like Thyssen and Krupp, and after they got married, and their “new course” began to receive funding - here they skyrocketed...
Alas, money and deceit rule the world. Those who seized power in Russia by deception, they have crushed EVERYONE, absolutely everyone else, today no one has the strength to fight over SUCH power.
At the media level, I am familiar with his activities, but I did not communicate with him personally, as with Nemtsov, I had this in mind. The blow to the family is very strong for any family. You know, sometimes it’s wiser to retreat rather than stick your fingers into the vegetable cutter, especially since there are no people around to back him up, but it’s too late to talk about it.
Я прочитал в местном нашем кировском чате заголовок статьи "умер террорист и экстремист Навальный". Ужас... Но целая армия ботов нападает на сочувствующие реплики. Нас называют разными грубыми словами за то, что мы пишем, что Навального не забудут. Эти "лжепатриоты" желают смерти всем "навальнятам", последователям. Таковые реалии в моей стране, в моем городе. Навальный сидел за якобы экономическое преступление по приговору суда как раз города Кирова. Якобы именно у вас он в сговоре губернатором Белых занимались мошенничеством.

No, in chess both sides are truly equal in their power / starter resources given, and they compete solely by the power of their minds. And in this political game... it is more like a duel between a man with papier-mâché pistol - whose opponent is sitting in a tank, armed with a machine gun and flamethrower. Figuratively speaking. Who will win? both have solid decent chances, isnt it?

I do not tolerate people from Russia! For me it's absolutely unforgivable that Russians do not take anything against this little evil creature!
So, you blindly, by default, dont tolerate 141+ million people you personally don’t know (thats the current population of the Russian Federation, inhabited by many nationalities, not only Russians itself).
