Fighting Abuse on Steem: PLAGIARISM and DECEPTION case: @beautymondal
Hello my dear Steemians and Art Fans,
We wanted to present you another case that we immediately got suspicious about. The user who posted the first post in our community “World of xpilar”.
Visual Art has a power to wake up our emotion, to inspire us and stun with its beauty, secrets and make us love it. But on other hand because there are many curations supporting Art. From our side we working daily checking through the our community posts.
Therefore, while looking through our community page one user immediately caught our eyesight. That is @beautymondal.
First look at this last couple of post, immediately noticeable high skills of watercolor painting. That is very rare and of course, I was glad to have a new Artist with such great skills.
But on other hand while recently I was looking for tutorials on Internet I was attracted by one of the Indian Artsit who created beautiful landscape paintings. That is why I thought that it might be the case of abuse.
Before going to the found images, I wanted to show what the user likely made herself:
And now compare this painting: look at the details light and shadows. Are those two pictures looks like they are done by the same person? Definitely NO!
This is another post, that the user claims she did:
- Looking at the picture of real Artist we know that this is a male artist
- and looking at the user’s post know that she is a female.
That is enough evidence and we will mute this use from our community.

She's a new user who have just joined a few days back, claiming someone's else's work as their own is absolutely wrong and should not be tolerated.
I think we can remove the @steemcurator03 vote and drop a warning comment on the users latest post containing the links to the achievement tasks to learn steemit basics.

the sound from steemcurator03 must be removed sir let it be a guide and lesson for all communities trying to plagiarism. The practice of plagiarism must be eliminated in the Steemit community.

Thank you for lending your voice to what is happening. I just want to know the truth about what is going on, and if we have a serious security breach in our ecosystem. Steemians have seen a lot of abuse over the years, and some of us have been outspoken about those abuses. The only thing I can do is ask questions; that's all I'm doing is asking questions about something VERY serious and not getting answers. Last year we saw accounts get zeroed out, and now we are seeing votes being manipulated. How are we ever going to encourage the public to trust and invest in STEEM when we can't honestly address abuse, in all of its forms? Thank you again for highlighting this issue; it is important!

Dear @steemcurator01, would you please clarify if the @booming accounts stopped working now? The submitted posts from yesterday and today were received no upvotes, also none of @booming accounts voted today when I look at Steemworld. Also, there was no update post from @steemitblog. It would be good just to know, because when WOX users nominated I leave comment saying that they are submitted for nomination, I do not know if I still should do that or if that project is over. Would be great for clarification.

Hi @steemcurator01, while having professional Artists in our community who are well known in their field like Romanie Sanchez from Spain, who does regular Exhibitions and often appears in Newspaper in Europe. She recently became active on Steemit and was thinking about doing contests. That is the beginning and of course we, WOX and @art-venture will support her with donating Steem for Prizes. I was wondering if the Steemit Team also would like to support it with SC01 upvotes. She is planning to organize some real Exhibition later in October and that is good opportunity to support such people as they could be great advertisement for Steem outside of blockchain. I think sometimes they provide curation without paying attention to the details. So that it can happen and the best drown and those who don't deserve to be given curation get those that don't deserve it.
We all hope that there is justice in various ways, there are efforts to be made in more detail and to provide support to those who deserve it more.

Es scheint so als ob es eine nie endende Geschichte ist. Wir sehen es immer wieder….. sobald der eine Blogger aufhört wird die freie Stelle sofort durch einen neuen ersetzt.
Unser Wochenende war wiedermal sehr nass, also keine großen Möglichkeiten mal vor die Tür zu kommen. Ich hoffe das du schönere Pfingsttage hattest.

Ich merke es sogar in der kleinen Community Deutsch Unplugged. Da kann man echt nur mit dem Kopf schütteln. Ich würde fast drüber lachen, wäre es nicht so viel Arbeit, dass ich selbst gar nicht mehr zum Bloggen komme.
Ja, unser Pfingsten war schön! Es hat hier tagelang nur gegossen, aber Sonntag und Montag kam endlich die Sonne raus. Es war zwar sehr kalt, aber es war endlich mal wieder ein Rudelausflug angesagt und ein paar Beete sind unkrautfrei... ;-)

It is a shame that many people plagiarize the art of others, because each person tries to do it their own and it is not fair for people to steal their work
This is absolutely wrong
She needs to be cautioned against plagiarism as soon as possible
Lastly I will not advise that @steemcurator03 vote be removed from her introduction post reason is that she is a newbie and her introduction post was not plagiarized.
We should only punish someone for a bridge in law of the steemit community and not extend it to the day he/she came onboard in this platform.
Nobody is perfect and that is the reason for this checkmate.So we can correct and punish without biase and then move on.
The Deed has been done,let's take the required measures to warn her and let's steem on
