Store where the past meets present
Hello my dear Steemians,
Last weekend when we were walking on High Street we have noticed a new little shop. What attracted my attention it was the decoration with a lot of love and also with vintage but beautiful stuff. Looking through window it was difficult to know if that was open or not, because there was nobody in except the owner but the door was open. So we entered and asked if the shop is open. The owner John, said that it s open but there is no pricing yet as he is not selling them yet but he kindly encouraged us to walk around and to have a look.
He organised everything nicely in certain order and the stuff was very good. We already have our favourites but as there were no prices he asked us to come in a couple of weeks if we want to buy.
He also told us that although he is from new Zealand his ancestors are from Scotland, Fife. that is why he decided to come back and now opened this shop.
In some cases people return to their routes, like in John's case. Of course, @myskye just laughed hearing that Joh is back from NZ as for my hubby would love to move and settle in NZ. The life is strange and has its own plan for all of us.
It is a pity that we were not able to buy anything this time but then after Christmas time maybe when we are back from holiday.
It's so bad you couldn't get anything and i kind of love the arrangement of the shop it really beautiful. Over here things are getting outrageously high due to the forth coming holidays.
People are trying to gather as much as dey can before than. In my case i can't wait because i have a lot of things planned and lots of catching up to do with my family. Happy holidays in advance and i hope you would be able to get what you want from the shop after the holidays 😊.

Yes, we were hoping to get some interesting stuff and I told him that if he will have some flyers I can take them to my hospital for my colleagues, but maybe just needs to be postponed
Thank you for your support :)
