• Hablar de autoestima es significativo a mi nombre, porque lo digo?

Te contare parte de mi historia en un resumen.

Soy la numero 4 de 6 hermanos siempre fui su súper héroe, porque cuidaba a los dos menores y los protegía, con mis hermanos mayores no era tan diferente, por ser gordita me sentía más grande que ellos, de igual forma los defendía, me hacían sentir su hermana mayor, de hecho cuando tienen algún problema actualmente me llaman y me buscan, he sido muy afortunada en tener hermanos que me aman, eso eleva mi autoestima.

Decir que tenía una autoestima baja por estar gorda, yo diría muy gorda es falso, me considero una persona que para poder estar triste incluye llorar, es mirando una película, lloro hasta si pasan publicidad ja ja ja ja, o si estoy enferma, es la única manera que vean triste, o enojada.

En el año 2013 recurrí a una operación para bajar de peso, no era por autoestima baja, sino por condición de salud, donde se me diagnostico un cuadro bastante complicado, proceso que duro un año si estando gorda tenía una autoestima alta se podrán imaginar cuando baje de peso, creo que volaba me sentía hermosa y sobre todo saludable.

A raíz de la pandemia he subido de peso, por el hecho de estar encerrada en casa, en el año 2020 gane 12 kilos, el que los quiera se los regalo ja ja ja, pero este año mi meta es perderlos.

A pesar que tengo casi cincuenta años me gusta usar pantalones cortos, faldas cortas y hacer lo posible en verme bonita, me gusta reír y disfrutar la vida, los pequeños detalles son los que más me hacen feliz.

Although I am almost fifty years old, I like to wear shorts, short skirts and do my best to look pretty, I like to laugh and enjoy life, the little details are what make me happy.

Aprender a quererse y aceptarse tal como uno es primordial, no debemos dejar que nada y nadie nos baje la autoestima, no es fácil porque existe mucha gente que causan daño, lamentablemente es su manera de ser y eso no lo podemos cambiar, pero si podemos cambiar nuestra actitud frente a la vida.
