Hello my dear Steemians,
Today I wanted to invite you to this challenge by Comunidad Latina Community:

As human being we have many emotions that makes our life rich of life experience and also makes our life interesting. Many of the emotions we have lived on some stage of our life some of them we enjoyed and keep in our memory for many many years. The others will cause sleepless nights, tummy pain and heat palpitations and we are happy when it passes and we try to forget them and never remember.
If it would be possible to let one emotion to rule in our mind I would be happy to give that place to Happiness, one of the best emotions that we all experienced and many of them since our childhood.
When we are children, we do not need much to be happy. The most important is not to be alone!
That is why I wish to all of us, the human nation to have loving family if possible full family including both parents and grandparents, so that we have a lot of love around and care. In my opinion that will give a child the best foundation of happy and healthy person.
I do not agree with this statement, I believe that once we are growing then the requirement of our brain for happiness hormone- endorphins also increasing because if when a child we needed just very simple trigger, then when we are teenager it is then not enough and when we are matured adults then we have seen so much so that we need much more to feel happy.
Maybe that is also a reason why elderly often very grumpy and even jokes some of them have already heard before and that is not interesting anymore.
I still think a lot depends on us, we can change our life and take every day as a gift, enjoy it and also we need to remember when we make others happy that will make us happy too.
My slogan is: be Happy and enjoy your Life!
The other thing that makes me happy is to know that my family members and relatives are healthy, happy and that they are well. I appreciate every single moment and day that I have and grateful for this gift.
Couple of emotions like anger and fear, I had to repressed. There are many situations in our life when we get angry often because of some simple staff like we had booked a ticket for train but just a day before it was cancelled and we had to phone many numbers to book it on short notice. We needed to stay calm and not to get much stressed on phone but at the end of the day we had a sigh of relief.
Fear and horror are the emotions often we like to experience when we watch some horror movies or as children to attend Halloween events, to be frightened and also to have fun with that.

I completely agree with you that when we are children, we become very happy with even a small happiness. But when we reach youth or grow older, our responsibilities increase so much that we devote our entire life in search of big happiness. Adults are happy with small happiness, but are unable to express it. I wish you success in the competition.

As humans, we can only wish good things for ourselves. At time things don't workout the way we taught/plan. I believe the ability to work on our negativity is what defines us.
