RE: Romper esquemas

This is an interesting topic about living in a state of awareness / or in an unconscious state. You can find many recommendations on this subject from authors such as Joe Dispenza & Eckhart Tolle. I especially liked Eckhart Tolle's book "The Power of Now".
In it, he also writes that we are extremely strong in every sense when we are as present as possible in the present moment. If we are left to our autopilot and “sleep,” then our mind begins to move away from the moment now to another time (and thoughts about the past make us sad, and thoughts about the future make us anxious).

What you write is very correct and useful. We need to try to remain mindful, avoid living on autopilot more often, and maintain utmost connection with the present moment. In reality, this is a subtle art of living, but those who can master it will have a more harmonious life, whatever the external circumstances.

Yes friend, I also love these authors. As you point out, living in the present moment allows us to use our full potential, in fact this is how we can fully enjoy life. No matter the situation or the circumstance, if we are present we have what is there at that moment, for example when you enjoy the company of a friend... When we fully live the moments, they become transcendental moments, which can even change our lives, and ironically it is those moments that are not forgotten.

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to read, I really appreciate it.🤗🌸
