Yes, and since I run the AC output through lead-acid batteries first, Lithium batteries can be charged with the windmill.
The windmill is a Missouri Wind and Solar 3 phase 12 vac using neodymium magnets. I don't remember their website but it used to be mwands.com. I think it's now https://windandsolar.com yes this is the new one. They have 12,24,and48 ac volt models. A rectifier switches the AC to DC in the battery box. That way you only need a three phase 14ga cable with ground.
