A leader that communicates peacefully will manage simply. a leader that manages simply will dispatch orders sagely that refers to command, and might lead effectively ... this is the way to lead. peaceful communication helps leadership a great deal.
If we must lead well, we must successfully learn good communication to the extent that our gestures alone would speak volume.
