A leader that communicates peacefully will manage simply. a leader that manages simply will dispatch orders sagely that refers to command, and might lead effectively.
Leaders are readers, leaders are heroes. to not forget that a hero could be a one who win an unforeseen milstone. Being a decent leader isn't enough however being a good leader is definitely worth the struggle and persistence.

A leader should be aware that there are folks lookinng up to him or her, a pacesetter should be time aware. As a pacesetter (leader), the instant you begin pleasing everybody, failure begins.
