It's a safe link, but don't always trust links you find around here.

You'll see two bars near the top left. One is your voting power bar, the other is your Resource Credits bar. The more you vote, the lower both bars will go. Posts and comments will lower the resource credits bar further. If you completely drain the Resource Credits bar, you won't be able to vote, post, comment, etc. They do charge back up over time though, so learn to budget. As you find ways to earn money, try to build up a healthy amount of Steem Power in your wallet. That will give you more resource credits and you'll be able to post, comment, vote and all that fun stuff more often.
